I wanted to take a moment and tell you what a pleasure it was to work with Jamie, Brian, and AutoWorld.  Your pre-sale communication was outstanding and really the reason we visited AutoWorld in the first place.  I'll be honest, I came ready to have to haggle to a large degree but it was completely unnecessary.  Brian Clark was upfront, honest and committed with us in finding the options available and communicating all of the cost associated with them.  He was also wonderful in finding the best deal for us including several incentive discounts and a great financing rate.

I was so impressed with AutoWorld that we will definitely be return customers.  We are looking forward to many years with our new Chrysler Town & Country van.  I want to thank you and Brian for making our purchase experience a good one!

It's funny because I was at a Dodge dealership in Austin, TX (where I live) the weekend before I bought this Viper from you.  They tried to jerk me around on a car deal offering me 50% of my car's trade in value and attempting to get me to pay over sticker for a car that didn't demand anywhere near that type of premium.

I worked in the car business for over 5 years and have a car dealer family.  I know what's right and what's wrong, and they did it wrong.  I was so irritated by the experience, I started looking on eBay that day and found this gorgeous Viper on your lot.

You and the Auto World team provided a great transaction.  The car was exactly as described - "perfect".  The price was fair and just as importantly fairly negotiated.  Dennis, the GM, hand delivering the car to me at the Knoxville airport so I had time to drive to New Orleans to see my family for Easter was the icing on the cake. 

Like I said, I know the car business ... you guys do it right.  Thanks.  It was a great experience.

Jamie, Ralph, and the rest of the staff at Auto World were very kind and welcoming. There was none of the typical 'pushy salesperson' pressure that you sometimes see at car dealerships. They were extremely helpful and made our 3-hour drive to Big Stone Gap, VA well worth our time. We have been very pleased with our purchase thus far and look forward to doing business with Auto World again someday for our vehicle needs in the future. Anyway, thank you for all of your help and so far I am loving the new Altima. I have bought several vehicles from them. I have bought from other dealerships as well. The staff at AutoWorld is always, hands down, the most helpful and friendly. I cannot say enough about them!  If you have never shopped with them you are only hurting yourself. They are not your typical car dealer - Thank God!  Please don't take my work for it ... call or email them or go visit and see for yourself. This is the only car dealer I would send my mother too, need I say more?

I normally do not write these types of letters but I have made an exception in your case.  I want to say, firstly, that everyone at your dealership, without exception, was very nice and friendly.  That is something just not seen anymore.

Secondly, I was shocked that I did not have to spend hours negotiating and haggling over the price of my trade or the new Dodge Journey that I wanted to buy.  Your staff was nothing short of the most honest and most professional I have ever dealt with and I truly wish to say thank you.

It may be a long time before I need another vehicle but as soon as I do I will come directly to Auto World and not think twice about it.  Please keep doing things the way you do now and you will go far.  I was so impressed with the personal service I received that I have also sent 3 of my family members to you.

Jamie and Brian were awesome.  I have never seen any car dealer that answered my emails and responded to my questions as quickly as Jamie did.  Sometimes, within minutes, he had emailed me back with the information I needed and extra pictures.  It was amazing.   Then when I got to Auto World Brian, my salesperson, was on top of everything.  He knew more about the Nitro than the other sales man I had talked to at XXXX XXXXXXX (other dealership).   Brian knew everything about this vehicle.  And he gave me a great price and the exact payment I needed.  So THANK YOU all !!
